A day of wonderful asian food, cooked by the ladies of the community all in aid of raising funds for the Overseas Plastic Surgery Appeal.
The special thing about this event was the ”Asian Food made by ladies” from the near community based ladies in Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire. Thanks to Hull Collegiate School providing us the food court and the event space again for the 2nd time to represent the Asian culture and Food festivals.
We are hoping in future to raise large funds through these kind of social events, for the surgeries of patients suffering deformities and cleft lip & palate cases.
Special Thanks to all those who supported this event, mainly doctors and surgeon’s families, who enthusiastically participated in preparing and selling the home made food. Also the different stalls exhibiting the Unique items which gives the finest touch kind of Asian Festivals (Pakistani dresses, traditional hand made home items), Hand Made cards & jewelry auctions.
Because of all your efforts, we managed to raise almost £6000 at this Event.
